How is life coaching different from therapy?

What happens during a Reiki session?
During a session, you’ll relax—fully clothed—on a massage table or in a comfortable chair. I’ll lightly place my hands on or just above your body, allowing Reiki energy to flow where it’s needed most. Many people experience warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of peace and calm.
What happens during a life coaching session?
We’ll start by discussing what’s currently going on in your life and what you’d like to focus on. Through reflection, intuitive guidance, and practical tools, you’ll gain insight and clarity, then leave with actionable steps to move forward.
How will I feel after a Reiki session?
Every person’s experience is unique. Some feel relaxed, lighter, or more grounded; others notice emotional release or increased clarity in the days following a session. Reiki continues to work subtly even after your appointment ends.

Reiki energy is not limited by time or space, and remote sessions are just as effective as in-person ones—you simply relax and receive. Life coaching sessions are also available via Zoom, allowing you to connect from anywhere in a comfortable, private setting.
